Bud is a blazed face, stocking footed bay gelding. He stands nearly 16 hands high. My young girls can crawl up on him and ride around. The last two falls Bud has been used to pack on big game hunts, where the terrain is rough and steep. He remains steady, sure footed and keeps calm even when the job gets tough. He also has countless hours of ranch work experience. Bud has been roped off in and out of the arena, doctored calves and dragged them to the branding iron.
