**Buyer will receive the AQHA Breeder's Certificate to be able to register this horse with the AQHA. Buyer will need to submit registration to the AQHA and will be able to select the official name of the horse.

​**For any Weanlings purchased, 1/3 of the purchase price will be required to be paid immediately following the sale.  The deposit will hold your purchase until weaning.  Weanlings are guaranteed to be alive and sound at time of weaning or buyers deposit will be refunded.  At Weaning, deposit becomes non-refundable and payment for the remaining balance will be due (directly to consignor) and buyer will need to pick up the foal from the consignor location within 14 days of consignor notifying the buyer the foal has been weaned.  The buyer is responsible for any non-standard vet care costs that may occur while the foal is still located at the consignor location.
