“Lakota” is a 10 year old, grade, sorrel quarter horse mare. She is willing and eager to please. She has a pile of try and can run. She has been used in all phases of ranch work, tagging calves, dragging calves to the fire, loading cattle trucks, used in the arena heading, heeling, started in the tie down, and excels in the breakaway. She is very sure footed outside.

She stands 14.1 and bathes, clips, shoes, loads, and hobbles the best. She has no buck, bite, kick or rear. She hadn’t been ridden for a year and a half when we bought her and our 12 year old son got right on her and rode off. He has been riding her extensively on the ranch and in the arena.
